Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel(s) troubleshooting

To determine if the problem is with the solar panel, please follow the instructions below:

Please check the solar panel if there are any cracked panels, broken cables, or other connection issues such as a missing/loose center pin inside the plug. Please be aware that any of the above issues will cause the solar panel malfunction.

You can test your solar panel by connecting it to a power station under direct sunlight. You need to ensure your power station works properly. 

To determine if your the power station works, please follow the instructions below:

Please recharge your power station from the AC wall charger and/or the DC car charger and check if the display screen of your power station has a correct input wattage. 

Now let’s test your solar panel. 

Please connect the solar panel to the power station under midday strong sunlight, making sure there is no shadow cast on the panel and the solar panel faces directly to sunlight as much as you can. If the display screen of your power station has 0 or very low input wattage, this concludes that your solar panel has issues.
