Please try soft resetting the power station by pressing and holding the display button for 10 seconds for Explorer 1000 and smaller models. You can also try hard resetting the power station by draining it off completely and charging it up to full again. If after both methods your power station still does not work then it may have some issues. Please email hello@jackery.com with your order number, we’ll assist you with further solutions.

What are the solutions to this please? My explorer 500 won’t charge at all from wall , car or solar panels. It’s brand new out of the box. The display is blank. I’ve tried the soft reset but nothing. How can I do a hard reset when it hasn’t been charged yet and the display is blank?
I’ve tried making contact by phone, email, online, social media, every way I can think of but there’s no reply and now the advice here is to contact you for a solution….???? Please help!
