We’re sorry for the inconvenience. For Jackery app–compatible portable power stations:
·If all outputs are off and there’s no charging input (AC/solar) for about 2 hours, the unit automatically powers off to save energy. This can be adjusted in the Jackery app under Auto Power Off Time.
·When the unit shuts down, both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections are disconnected.
If “Device is offline” appears:
1. Ensure the unit is powered ON.
2. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is stable.
3. Open the Jackery app, confirm the Bluetooth icon is flashing on the unit display, and connect via Bluetooth first.
4. After Bluetooth connection, switch to Wi-Fi in the app.
5. Set Auto Power Off to “Do Not Turn Off” in the app to prevent the unit from shutting down automatically.
If the issue persists, please provide the following information:
·Date and time of occurrence
·Power status of the unit
·Wi-Fi environment (weak/unreliable, etc.)
