This may happen due to network or app issues. Please try the following steps:
1. Check your network connection:
·An unstable network can cause delays in data updates. Switch to a stable network and try again.
2. Reinstall the app and reset the Explorer:
·Uninstall and reinstall the Jackery app.
·Reset your Explorer before reconnecting:
·Plus / New series / 3000Pro: Press and hold the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The display will briefly turn off and then back on, showing the battery percentage.
·1500 Ultra: With the power off, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. The display will briefly turn off and then back on, showing the battery percentage.
