Please follow these guidelines for a stable Bluetooth connection:
1. Check the Bluetooth icon:
Ensure the Bluetooth icon on the power station’s display is flashing. If it’s not, the device is not in pairing mode.
2. Maintain proper distance:
Keep your smartphone within ~10 meters of the power station. Longer distances may cause connection failures or interruptions.
3. Bluetooth version compatibility:
The power station uses Bluetooth 5.0. For best results, use a smartphone with Bluetooth 5.0 or higher. Older versions may cause delays, instability, or failed connections.
4. Keep the app screen open:
After connecting, keep the Jackery app on the operation screen. Closing the app, returning to menus, or exiting will disconnect Bluetooth. To reconnect, simply tap your device under “My Devices” in the app; no need to restart the power station.
5. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cannot be used simultaneously:
When connected via Bluetooth, only the Bluetooth icon will appear on the display; Wi-Fi is disabled.
