If the app shows “Device is already bound” and cannot connect, please try the following steps:
1. Restart your phone.
2. Reset the portable power station:
·Plus / v2 Series / 3000Pro: Press and hold the Power button and USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off, then back on with battery percentage displayed.
·1500 Ultra: With the power off, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off, then back on with battery percentage displayed.
