What should I keep in mind when connecting my Explorer via Wi-Fi?

Please follow these steps for a stable Wi-Fi connection:

1. Complete Bluetooth setup first:
The first time you use Wi-Fi, pair the power station with the Jackery app via Bluetooth, then configure Wi-Fi in the app. After the first setup, Wi-Fi can connect directly without Bluetooth.

2. Use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only:
5GHz networks are not supported. Make sure to select a 2.4GHz network when setting up Wi-Fi.

3. Ensure a strong signal:
Weak Wi-Fi signals may cause connection failures, delays, or disconnections. Try to connect in an area with a strong signal.

4. Password-protected networks only:
The device can only connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks with passwords. Open networks are not supported.

5. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cannot be used at the same time:
When connected via Wi-Fi, only the Wi-Fi icon will appear on the display; the Bluetooth icon will be disabled.
