1. WiFi signal quality: Weak signal, signal interference, or network router failure may cause the JACKERY power to go offline. Please check and replace the network to troubleshoot.
2. Device status: Please confirm if the device is turned on. The device will automatically shut down after 2 hours of inactivity, and it will not be able to connect to the network after shutting down.
3. Battery condition: Please check if the device's battery is depleted. When the SOC is 0% (i.e., the remaining battery level), the device will automatically shut down in 1 minute.
4. APP settings: Check if the automatic shutdown setting is set in the application. If so, it is recommended to change this setting to "Never".
5. Mistakes: Please confirm if you have mistakenly reset the device. If so, the device needs to be re-networked after resetting.
6. Device's own problem: After excluding the above reasons, please contact customer service for handling.
