How to register the prduct?

You can register your product warranty online by following these steps:

1. Visit the registration page: https://support.jackery.com/extend-warranty
2. Wait 3–5 seconds for the form to load.
3. Select your purchase location and fill in the required product and customer information.
4. Click “Register Product / Register Membership”.
5. Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

By registering, your warranty period may be extended (typically from 2–3 years to 3–5 years, depending on the product). Please check each product page for specific warranty terms.
