To better understand why the battery level appears to be draining quickly, could you please provide the following information?
- What devices were you powering at the time? What was the total power consumption (in watts), and how long did you use the devices?
- What was the surrounding temperature during use? Were you using the power station indoors or outdoors?
- When the power station is left idle with no devices connected, how much battery percentage does it lose after 1 hour?
