Yes, this can be normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the unit. Charging speed largely depends on the power output of the charger being used. If a low wattage charger is used, the battery level may increase slowly.
Please note that the Explorer 300D is not originally supplied with a wall charger. This design decision was made during product development with environmental considerations in mind.
To achieve faster charging performance, we recommend using the Jackery 102W GaN three port fast charger, which is fully compatible with the Explorer 300D and can significantly improve charging speed.
