When charging from an AC outlet, the current flowing through the cable can cause it to feel slightly warm due to normal electrical resistance.
Inside the portable power station, the charging circuitry handles a significant amount of power, which generates heat. This heat can transfer to the exterior, making the unit’s surface feel warm.
The exterior temperature of the unit can safely reach up to approximately 60°C. If the internal temperature rises too high, the cooling fan will automatically activate to reduce it.
Therefore, if the unit is charging normally, this warmth is completely normal and does not indicate a problem.
