How to Charge Jackery Battery Packs
1. Battery Pack 1000 Plus (for 1000 Plus)
-AC Charging: Connect to 1000 Plus main unit. Both units must be off before connecting.
-Solar Charging: Charge via solar panel through the 1000 Plus main unit.
-Car Charging: Charge via car cigarette lighter through the 1000 Plus main unit.
2. Battery Pack 2000 Plus (for 2000 Plus)
-AC Charging: Connect to 2000 Plus main unit. Both units must be off before connecting.
-Solar Charging: Can charge directly from solar panels via the battery pack’s DC input.
-Car Charging: Charge directly via the battery pack’s DC input using the car charging cable.
3. Battery Pack 5000 Plus (for 5000 Plus)
-AC Charging: Connect to 5000 Plus main unit. Both units must be off.
-Solar Charging: Use solar panels through the 5000 Plus main unit. Before connecting, either disconnect High-PV input or turn High-PV switch OFF.
4、Battery Pack 3600 (for HomePower 3600 Plus and Homepower 3600Pro Max)
-AC Charging: Turn off the HomePower 3600 Plus and connect it to the Battery Pack 3600 using the included expansion cable. Then connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port of the HomePower 3600 Plus and a wall outlet. Once connected correctly, charging will begin automatically.
-Solar Charging: Connect the HomePower 3600 Plus to the Battery Pack 3600 using the expansion cable. The HomePower 3600 Plus features two DC8020 input ports. You can connect two solar panels to one DC8020 input port using a solar panel connector. Once connected, both the power station and battery pack will charge simultaneously.
5、Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 (for HomePower 2000 Plus v2)
-AC Charging: When charging from a wall outlet, the Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 must be connected to the HomePower 2000 Plus v2. Ensure both the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 and Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 are powered off before connecting them.
-Solar Charging: First, connect the Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 to the HomePower 2000 Plus v2. Then, connect compatible Jackery SolarSaga solar panels to the DC input port(s) of the main unit to charge the system.
⚠️ Important: Never connect battery packs while the main unit is on, charging, or discharging.
