This is not a malfunction. It may be due to the “Performance Settings” in the app. You can choose between “Full Use” or “Battery Saver Mode”.
1. Battery Saving Mode
In this mode, the charge and discharge range is limited to extend battery lifespan:
Charging range: 15%–85%
Discharging range: 85%–15%
Therefore, it is normal for charging to stop automatically around 85%.
If you want to full charge the power station, please disable this feature in the
Jackery App.
The charge only reaches 85%. Is this a problem? (Applies only to models compatible with the app)
