Our product’s AC outlets are designed according to standard sizes.
When using them for the first time, you may need to apply some force to plug in or unplug devices. This is normal and within the product specifications. With repeated use, the outlet terminals will gradually settle, making it easier to insert and remove plugs.
If you find that it is still difficult to plug in or unplug even with reasonable force, or if you notice any damage or abnormality on the outlet, please contact our customer support at hello@jackery.com
