This is normal for Jackery portable power stations in the Pro, Plus, and v2 series. If the device you’re powering draws less than 25W, the wattage display may remain at 0W, even though electricity is being supplied and your device is working properly.
When using AC, the output works, but the AC wattage display always shows 0W. Is this normal?
