What temperature range is safe for using my Jackery portable power station?

The safe operating, charging, and storage temperatures for Jackery portable power stations vary depending on the battery type. Please always use and store the device within the specified temperature ranges in the product specifications.

For Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese (NCM) batteries:

Output (discharge) temperature: -10°C to 40°C

Charging temperature: 0°C to 40°C

Storage temperature: -10°C to 40°C

For Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries:

Output (discharge) temperature: -10°C to 45°C

Charging temperature: 0°C to 45°C

Storage temperature: -10°C to 45°C

Using, charging, or storing the device outside these temperature ranges may reduce performance or cause damage. Always ensure the device is operated and stored within the recommended limits.
