What is your warranty policy? – Jackery North America

The duration of the warranty is on the jackery.com product pages and on the documentation that came with your product.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The sales receipt, or other reasonable documentation, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Returns for refund are only permitted within 30 days of the date of the original shipment.

Authorizations for return, refund, and/or replacement, must have the following:

Retailer
Order number
Serial number
Full name, shipping address, phone number, and email of the customer.
*The shipping address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of the continental USA.

Jackery's warranty does not apply to:

Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature.
Products that have been opened or have had repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized Jackery facility.
Any product purchased through a non-authorized third-party dealer.
Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
