Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or payment account, or send a check to an alternative address.
If your original credit card has been cancelled, we will still process the refund to the original payment method. Your card issuer will determine how the funds are returned to you. Please contact your bank for assistance.
