1) Ask Jackery Support to verify the seller/dealer
- Provide the store name (and any purchase details if requested).
- Support can confirm whether the dealer is registered/authorized.
2) Warranty coverage and who should file the claim
- If the dealer is authorized and the product is within the warranty period, your case may be covered.
