Please reset the STS by performing these steps:
1、Disconnect the E5000 Plus from the STS.
2、Turn off the main breaker on the STS and wait for 30 seconds.
3、Restore grid power by turning the main breaker back on. Then, press and hold the IoT button for 5 seconds to reset the STS.
4、After the STS reset is complete, open the Jackery App and link the STS to the app again.
5、Reset the E5000 Plus by pressing and holding the POWER + USB buttons for 5 seconds.
6、Add the E5000 Plus to the Jackery App again.
7、Reconnect the E5000 Plus to the STS.
