If Battery Saving Mode is enabled in the App but the Power Station still charges to 100%, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. Automatic full-charge mechanism based on product design
a. After Battery Saving Mode is enabled, the system will automatically allow the battery to charge to 100% once every 10 charge–discharge cycles.
1) During this process, the discharge lower limit remains at 15% and is not affected.
2)After this full charge is completed, the system will automatically return to Battery Saving Mode.
b. This design allows the battery to complete a full charge cycle in order to calibrate the remaining battery level, ensuring accurate battery percentage display in subsequent use.
2. Battery Saving Mode was unintentionally disabled
a. After setting Battery Saving Mode to the 15%–85% range, the mode may be canceled if any of the following actions are performed:
b. A reset (Reset) is performed on the Power Station
c. The device is unbound or re-paired through the mobile App
If you are unsure whether Battery Saving Mode is currently active, please check the status again in the App or contact customer support for assistance.
