What to Do If the Overtemperature Symbol Is Displayed (High/Low Temperature Warning)
Applicable for NCM models (240/400/700/708/1000/1500/Pro series):
Output temperature range: -10°C to 40°C
Charging temperature range: 0°C to 40°C
Storage temperature range: -10°C to 40°C
If the Power Station displays a high temperature, low temperature, or overheat warning symbol on the screen, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off all inputs and outputs
Disconnect any devices and stop charging.
2. Move the device to the recommended temperature range
Ensure the Power Station is within the temperature ranges listed above.
3. Wait 1–2 hours
Allow the device to stabilize. Then check if the warning symbol has disappeared.
