If App cannot connect via Bluetooth or the Bluetooth connection is frequently interrupted, please follow the steps below to check and improve connectivity:
1. Check the Bluetooth icon on the Power Station display
1)Ensure the Bluetooth icon on the LCD display is flashing.
2)If the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi icon is not displayed or not flashing, press and hold the AC + USB button until the icon starts flashing.
2. Keep the App interface open during use
1)After connecting the Power Station to the App via Bluetooth, keep the App interface active.
2)Closing the interface, returning to the previous menu, or exiting the App will automatically disconnect Bluetooth.
3)To reconnect, you do not need to restart the Power Station. Simply open the corresponding device in “My Devices” on the App home screen, and Bluetooth will reconnect automatically.
3. Maintain an optimal connection distance
Keep the Power Station and smartphone within 10 meters for the best connection performance.
4. Limit the number of paired Bluetooth devices on your smartphone
Temporarily unpair unnecessary devices, as too many connections may cause signal interference and lead to connection drops.
5. Check device compatibility
The Power Station uses a Bluetooth 5.0 module. Ensure your smartphone’s Bluetooth version is compatible. Large version differences may cause unstable connections.
6. Avoid wireless interference
Keep the Power Station away from devices such as microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, or other sources of wireless interference.
