1. Check for USB or car charger overload
USB output overload or car charger output overload may trigger F9. These can usually be resolved once the overload is removed.
2. Check for short circuits
Inspect USB ports and the car charger port for any short circuits. If the fault persists after confirming there is no short circuit, the unit requires after-sales service for repair.
