If your Power Station displays fault code F1, please follow the steps below:
1. Reset the Power Station to clear the fault code
Perform a reset to allow the system to run a self check and attempt to clear the fault code.
Reset method: Press and hold the POWER or DISPLAY button together with the USB and DC buttons at the same time.
2. Contact Customer Support if the issue persists
If there is no improvement after resetting, please contact our customer support team for after sales assistance.
