If the DC output of your portable power station is not functioning properly, please follow these steps:
1. Check the DC car port connection
Ensure that the car charger port is securely connected to the device and is not loose.
2. Ensure sufficient battery level
The DC output will not work if the remaining battery level is 0%. Please make sure the power station has enough charge.
3. Verify that the DC (car charger) switch is turned on
Confirm that the DC switch is on and that the green indicator light is illuminated.
4. Check device power requirements
Make sure the connected device does not exceed the rated DC output of 12V 120W.
5. Inspect external devices and cables
Check whether the connected device or cable is faulty, which could cause a short circuit and prevent DC output.
