If your portable power station’s USB output is not functioning properly, please follow these steps:
1. Check the USB port
Make sure the USB port is not deformed, the pins are intact, and the plastic tongue inside the port is not broken.
2. Verify the connection
Ensure the USB port is securely connected to your device and that the charging cable is in good condition.
3. Ensure sufficient battery level
The USB output will not work if the remaining battery level is 0%. Please make sure the power station has enough charge.
4. Check the USB switch
Confirm that the USB switch is turned on and that the green indicator light is illuminated.
5. Check device power requirements
Make sure the connected device does not exceed the USB port’s rated output (e.g., 5V/2A). Exceeding the rated power may prevent proper charging.
