If your portable power station’s AC output is not functioning properly, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure sufficient battery level
The AC output will not work if the remaining battery level is 0%. Please make sure the power station has enough charge.
2. Verify that the AC switch is turned on
Confirm that the AC switch is on (green light illuminated) and that voltage and frequency are displayed at the top right of the screen.
3. Check device power compatibility
Make sure the connected devices’ power requirements are within the power station’s output limits. Simple appliances such as lamps, fans, or heaters are recommended for priority usage.
