If your portable power station is not fast charging via the wall charger, please consider the following factors:
1. Ambient Temperature
a. The charging power of Jackery portable power stations is measured under an ambient temperature of 25°C.
b. Actual charging power may vary significantly depending on the ambient temperature.
c. Especially in environments below 10°C or above 35°C, the charging power may decrease significantly due to the characteristics of LiFePO₄ batteries. This is within normal product specifications and is not a malfunction.
d. Additionally, if the device is moved from a cold area to a warm environment, the internal temperature may require some time to stabilize.
e. In such cases, please place the device in a room-temperature environment (around 25°C) for at least 4 hours before attempting to charge.
2. Remaining Battery Level
a. When the battery is nearly fully charged, the system automatically limits the charging input power to prevent overcharging. This is a normal operating mechanism and does not indicate a fault.
