What to Do If the Wall Charger Cannot Fully Charge the Power Station
If your Power Station does not reach a full charge when using the wall charger, please follow the steps below:
1. Allow sufficient charging time
Please note that charging from 99% to 100% may take longer than expected, which is normal behavior.
2. Perform a battery level calibration
Press and hold the DISPLAY button for 1 second to calibrate the battery level.
