What to Do If the Wall Charger Cannot Fully Charge the Power Station
If your Power Station cannot be fully charged using the wall charger, please follow the steps below:
1. Reset the Power Station
Press and hold the DISPLAY button and the USB Output button at the same time for 1 second to reset the Power Station.
2. Recharge using the AC charging cable
After resetting, use the AC charging cable to charge the Power Station for at least 30 minutes.
3. Check the charging result
Please check whether the Power Station can be charged to full normally.
