If your Power Station is not charging via AC, please follow these steps to identify the cause:
1. Check the charging cable connections
Ensure both ends of the charging cable (wall outlet and Power Station) are securely plugged in.
2. Verify the AC charging indicator on the display
Make sure the display shows the AC charging symbol.
3. Confirm the ambient temperature
Ensure the temperature is within the range of 0–45°C. Extreme temperatures may trigger the temperature protection feature.
4. Check the SOC (State of Charge)
If the remaining battery level is 100%, the unit may not charge as a normal protection feature.
5. Look for fault codes on the display
Check if the screen shows fault code F6, which indicates AC input abnormality or inverter overheating.
6. Contact Customer Support
If the issue persists after completing the steps above, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
