You may verify the serial number by scanning the QR code located on the solar panel.
The position of the QR code varies depending on the model; however, it is typically found on the back handle of the panel.
If you are unable to locate the QR code or the serial number, please have your panel’s model name and number available and contact us at hello@jackery.com. Our team will assist you upon confirmation of the details.
