Jackery works with installers to make things easier for you. You can check out the Installation Terms here: https://www.jackery.com/pages/smart-transfer-switch-installation-service#gPfzyji9pt. If you're okay with the terms, please fill out the online STS Installation Request Form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdNkn0hfATDl9G4Cb3Ufp7fNn76zblpBGgYAvDFWJeWGTZCSA/viewform to get started. After that, someone from our installation partner will contact you to talk about logistics and service availability in your area. An electrician will then work with you to schedule the installation, conduct on-site surveys, and go over the details and costs.
