How can I cancel my Jackery membership (delete my account)?

You can delete your account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account center.
2. Go to “Account Management” and click “Delete Account” to complete the cancellation process.

Please note the following before proceeding:

1. Due to system limitations, the email address used for a deleted account cannot be registered again.
2. All reward points associated with your account will be permanently forfeited (reset to zero) after deletion.
