Jackery Trade-in Project
1. The Jackery trade-in project comes into effect on October 16, 2023.
2. Products that meet the conditions for trade-in are listed in the evaluation form.
3. For trading in your Jackery products, you can filling out the upgrade evaluation form on the Jackery official website. Only one product can be traded in per evaluation form. If you need to trade in multiple Jackery products, please fill in a separate evaluation form for each product.
4. Once the evaluation form is submitted, Jackery will send the value estimation to you via email within 14 days. We will estimate the upgrade value based on factors such as the product model, manufacturing date, and your product condition description. If the actual condition of the product does not match your description, the final trade-in value may differ.
5. You can log in to your Jackery account, find "My Trade-in", and check the progress of your trade-in.
6. You can also choose to reject the estimated trade-in value and cancel the it. After confirmation, Jackery will send a prepaid return label via email to you.
7. After the product is issued, the trade-in cannot be canceled.
8. After receiving the product and verifying the current product condition of your product, within 3 working days, Jackery will send the estimated trade-in value in the form of Jackery gift card to you.
9. Jackery gift card can be used on the Jackery official website without a minimum spending requirement. However, gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used for refunds or price adjustments for orders already placed.
10. If you do not agree with the final trade-in value, please provide prepaid return label for returning your product within 5 days. Jackery reserves the right to discard your product, withdraw the discount or not issue the gift card without your consent.
11. Your submitted personal information will be protected by Jackery's privacy policy. Submitting the evaluation form indicates consent to Jackery's services and privacy policy.
12. Jackery reserves the final interpretation rights for this project.
