Points Redemption Rules Explanation
You can redeem points for the following three rewards: discount coupons, gift cards, and Jackery products. The redemption and usage rules for each are different. Please refer to the following link for details: https://membership.jackery.com/index
1.1 Discount Coupons
① 2000 points = 3% off or $200 off, 3000 points = $300 off, 4000 points = $450 off
② Usage rules
• Order amount exceeds $3,000
• Cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers (including promotions, coupons, etc.)
• Valid for 14 days after it is claimed
• Applies to all products except newly released products, refurbished products, and special collaboration products
• Only usable on US site
• Paste the code and the corresponding email address at checkout to claim it
1.2 Gift Cards
① Exchange Ratio: 1% (Example: 5000 points can be exchanged for $50)
② Usage Rules
• Valid for 365 days after it is claimed
• Only usable on US site
• No minimum purchase is required
• Applies to all products
• Can be combined or stacked with other offers
• Can be sent to others as a gift

1.4 Method of Obtaining Points
① Member Registration: 500 points
② Email Subscription: 200 points
③ SMS Subscription: 200 points
④ Fill in Your Birthday: 500 points
⑤ Extend Your Warranty: 20 points
⑥ Shop and Earn: For every $1 spent: 1 point
Second/third/fifth order: 300 points
For orders with a total amount exceeding $5000/$8000/$12000: 500 points
