If your solar panel is not generating power at all, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Verify Sunlight Conditions
Solar panels require direct sunlight to generate power effectively.
·Under low-light conditions such as cloudy weather, early morning or late evening, or indoor environments near windows, the output power may decrease significantly or drop to zero.
Recommendation:
Place the solar panel outdoors in an area with unobstructed, direct sunlight. Adjust the panel angle so it faces the sun as directly as possible.
2. Check the Connection
· Ensure the solar panel’s DC8020 is securely connected to the power station’s solar input port.
Inspect the cable for any signs of bending, damage, breakage, burn marks, or oxidation.
A loose or damaged connection may prevent the solar panel from producing any output.
