| Can this be used to start a car when the battery is dead? | We apologize for any inconvenience, but our portable power stations do not support use as a jump starter.
Our products are primarily designed to supply power to household appliances and outdoor devices. They are not intended to deliver the high burst current required to start a vehicle engine.
In general, jump starters are specifically designed to:
Deliver a very high instantaneous current
Support the starting characteristics of vehicle batteries
Because of this, their structure and intended use differ significantly from portable power stations.
For this reason, our portable power stations cannot be used to start a car engine or charge a vehicle battery when it is depleted. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend not using the product as a jump starter.
If your vehicle battery is dead, we recommend using a dedicated jump starter or contacting roadside assistance. |
| How much battery capacity is typically lost due to self-discharge when the power station is not in use? | Around 1%-3% per month |
| About app settings when the battery is fully depleted
For example, if the current app settings are “Battery Saving Mode | Disabled” and “Auto Power-Off: Never,” will these settings remain the same after the battery is drained and then recharged? Or will they be reset to default?: These settings will remain unchanged once the battery is restored, provided no reset is performed. |
| Is the neutral wire floating or Bonded? | floating |
