| Does it Have EPS Function | Connect the electrical appliance plug to the AC output port of the portable power station, and connect the portable power station to a household wall outlet using the AC charging cable. Even in the event of a power outage, the unit is equipped with an EPS function that automatically switches to battery power within 20 ms (0.020 seconds).
In the case of a sudden power failure, power supply can continue within the remaining battery capacity of the portable power station. However, the EPS function does not support 0 ms (instantaneous) switching. Therefore, devices such as data servers and workstations that require full UPS functionality (no momentary power interruption) are not supported. Thank you for your understanding in advance. |
| Are additional accessories required to connect the solar panel? | ■ Regarding the necessity of purchasing additional series boxes:
1 or 2 Panels: Can be connected using the included cable. No additional purchase required.
3 Panels: Requires SolarSaga Adapter (for Pro/Plus/New Series) × 1.
4 or 6 Panels: Requires 2 × SolarSaga Adapters (for Pro/Plus/New Series). |
| Does the AC charging cable include a grounding wire, and how should it be used? | Grounding wire included. |
| Maximum Number of Solar Panels That Can Be Connected | Supports connection for 1 panel / 2 panels / 3 panels / 4 panels / 6 panels. |
| Supports Charging with Jackery Products? | When charging this unit from the AC output of portable power station A, it is supported if A's "AC output" is 1900W or higher. |
| Maximum AC output power during simultaneous charging and discharging | 12A Max in Simultaneous Charging and Discharging Mode |
| Maximum DC output (car charging port output) power during simultaneous charging and discharging | 12V, 10A, Max. 120W |
| Can the product connect to 2 solar panels | Supported. However, because the two DC input ports are connected in parallel, they do not support simultaneous connection of solar panels with different wattages. In other words, a configuration such as 100W on one port and 200W on the other port is not supported. |
| Can the product connect to 3 or more solar panels | Supports connection of 3 panels:
→ Use an adapter to combine 3 panels and connect them to DC Input 1.
※ For the conversion adapter on the front of the panel, either remove it or connect it directly to the SolarSaga adapter, depending on the panel model.
※ All panels connected to the SolarSaga adapter must have the same output and model.
(e.g., all 100W (JS-100F) or all 200W (JS-200D))
Connecting 4 panels:
→ Use adapters to combine 2 panels each, and connect them separately to DC Input 1 and DC Input 2.
Connecting 6 panels:
→ Use adapters to combine 3 panels each, and connect them separately to DC Input 1 and DC Input 2.
Notes when connecting 4 or 6 panels:
Precautions when using both DC ports at the same time (connection rules):
・The same number of panels must be connected to each port (e.g., 2 + 2).
・The total number of panels across both ports must not exceed 6.
・Use solar panels of the same model.
※ When mixing different models, all of the following conditions must be met:
Maximum output (W) must be the same
Open-circuit voltage must be the same
Operating voltage (rated voltage) must be the same
200D (Max output: 200W / Operating voltage: 20V / Open-circuit voltage: 24.8V)
200C (Max output: 200W / Operating voltage: 20V / Open-circuit voltage: 24.8V)
→ As described above, if the maximum output, operating voltage, and open-circuit voltage are all the same, mixed use is supported even if the models are different. |
| Are the two DC input ports parallel or independent | Parallel |
| Connection rules when both DC ports are used simultaneously | The unit has two DC input ports, each supporting a maximum of 3 solar panels.

| Can this be used to start a car when the battery is dead? | We apologize for any inconvenience, but our portable power stations do not support use as a jump starter.
Our products are primarily designed to supply power to household appliances and outdoor devices. They are not intended to deliver the high burst current required to start a vehicle engine.
In general, jump starters are specifically designed to:
Deliver a very high instantaneous current
Support the starting characteristics of vehicle batteries
Because of this, their structure and intended use differ significantly from portable power stations.
For this reason, our portable power stations cannot be used to start a car engine or charge a vehicle battery when it is depleted. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend not using the product as a jump starter.
If your vehicle battery is dead, we recommend using a dedicated jump starter or contacting roadside assistance. |
| How much battery capacity is typically lost due to self-discharge when the power station is not in use? | Around 1%-3% per month |
| About app settings when the battery is fully depleted
For example, if the current app settings are “Battery Saving Mode | Disabled” and “Auto Power-Off: Never,” will these settings remain the same after the battery is drained and then recharged? Or will they be reset to default?: These settings will remain unchanged once the battery is restored, provided no reset is performed. |
