To help us better assist you, please confirm and provide the following information:
1. Solar panel and Power Station models
1) Please provide the model of the solar panel and the model of the Power Station you are using.
2)The solar panel model can be found on the lower right side of the support bracket, labeled as “Model”.
3) If your solar panel model is 80W, 100 Light, 100 Prime, 100 Air, 40 Mini, or 40 Air, model confirmation is not required.
4) The Power Station model is labeled on the unit itself. Depending on the model, it may be located on the back or bottom of the device.
2. Installation and connection status
Please provide a photo showing how the solar panel is installed and how it is connected to the Power Station.
3. Battery level during the issue
When solar charging was not working, please let us know the Power Station’s remaining battery level (SOC %).
4. Sunlight conditions
1) Solar panels cannot generate power properly under insufficient sunlight.
2) Power output will be significantly reduced if the panel is used indoors, behind glass, on cloudy days, or in areas with shading or obstruction.
3) Please ensure the solar panel is placed outdoors and exposed to direct sunlight during use.
