How do I cancel or change my order if it’s shipped?

If you want to change or cancel your order which has already been placed and is currently awaiting pick up or in transit via FedEx, please contact us and we will try to reach out to our shipping manager to check if we can have the package recalled from our distribution center. If by chance, the package is delivered, please contact us so that we can issue you prepaid return labels to ship it back to us. As soon as we have the unit back at our warehouse, therefund will be processed in 2-4 business days.
