To determine the runtime of your CPAP on our units, we would need to know the wattage your machine required. You can either contact the manufacturer or locate the voltage and amps located on your machine and multiply those two numbers to get the wattage. (For example, 110V x 0.5A = 55W.) If you need it to run for 8 hours that means you will consume 440W (55W x 8 = 440W) which requires at least an Explorer 500 that contains 500W of power capacity. Please note that the wattage consumption of your CPAP varies depending on the make, model, and setting.
