How to process a return and refund?

You may request for a return for a refund via email at hello@jackery.com within the 30-day return period and the unit must be in its original condition.

A prepaid return label will be issued via email in the next 24 hours.

All existing labels and stickers must be removed on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label before drop off at a FedEx location.

As soon as the returned package is received back at our warehouse in CA, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method in 2-4 business days.
